I’m Kacey.
For a long time, I didn’t want to be in my body.
It felt unsafe. Loud. Numb. Too much. Not enough. I lived with anxiety, addiction, disconnection, and I didn’t know another way. I just knew I couldn’t feel what was inside me. So I found ways to escape. Ways to stay busy. Ways to go quiet. Ways to disappear.
Addiction wasn’t the problem. It was the coping. It was the thing that helped me not fall apart.
Underneath it all, I was terrified to feel.
Because I didn’t trust that I could.
That if I stopped running, I wouldn’t collapse.
Recovery didn’t save me. It stripped me down. It forced me to face everything I’d avoided. It was lonely. It was raw. I didn’t feel whole. I felt broken and exposed. And still, I stayed. I kept going.
Then I found breathwork.
Not as a technique. Not as a trend. Just one moment. One inhale that didn’t hurt. One exhale where I didn’t have to brace. I didn’t even realise how long I’d been holding it all in.
We live in a world where most of us have forgotten how to breathe.
We breathe just enough to survive, but not enough to feel.

And we don’t even realise it until the moment we do.
Breathwork gave me something I never expected.
It gave me back me.
Piece by piece, breath helped me come home. It softened my edges. It quietened the noise. It gave me space where there had only been pressure. It brought calm to places that had been in chaos for years. It gave me clarity when my mind wouldn’t stop. It gave me peace I didn’t think was possible in this lifetime.
It taught me how to stay in my body, not as a punishment, but as a place I could live.
It helped me remember who I was underneath the pain.
And I realised I wasn’t broken. I was healing. Slowly. Gently. Truthfully.

People who crave peace but don’t know what it feels like in their body. Who long to feel safe, but have never known what that truly means. And I also hold space for those who are ready to expand. Who may no longer be in crisis, but feel called toward something deeper. More clarity. More alignment. More presence. More capacity to lead, to create, to live from a place that’s fully connected and awake. Using specialised headphones, participants are guided through a carefully curated audio journey that includes music, soundscapes, vocal guidance, and affirmations. This immersive environment supports deep focus, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of awareness.
9D Breathwork supports both healing and growth. For some, it offers a safe space to release stored stress, tension, and past experiences held within the body. For others, it is a pathway to greater clarity, creativity, emotional resilience, and access to higher levels of performance and personal potential.
The breath acts as the primary tool for transformation, offering a somatic, body-led experience that supports bottom-up nervous system regulation, release, and expansion. Rather than working through the mind alone, this approach invites awareness and change through the body, where experiences are often first held and processed.

A formal consult is not required before your first session.
All clients are asked to complete a detailed intake and consent form prior to participating. This ensures your safety and allows each session to be held with care, awareness, and respect for your individual needs.
If anything in your intake form requires clarification, or if you have specific concerns, medical conditions, or questions, a brief check-in may be offered before your session.
If you are feeling nervous or unsure, this is completely normal. You will be guided gently, at your own pace, and there is always space to pause, adjust, or ask questions.
You are always welcome to reach out prior to booking. Your safety, consent, and sense of trust are prioritised at all times.
Each breathwork session is held in a safe, supportive, and grounded space, with your comfort and wellbeing prioritised throughout.
Before the journey begins, you will be guided through a brief arrival and grounding process, including:
An overview of the session
Breath technique guidance
Space to ask questions
You will then settle into a comfortable position, usually lying down, and be fitted with specialised headphones for the immersive 9D audio experience.
During the session, you will be guided through conscious connected breathing alongside layered sound, music, and verbal cues. You may experience:
Physical sensations (tingling, warmth, coolness, muscle activation)
Emotional release
Insight or deep relaxation
All experiences are normal. You are encouraged to listen to your body and move or rest as needed.
Facilitator support is available throughout the session. You are always in control and may pause, slow down, or stop at any time.
After the journey, time is provided for rest, integration, and gentle grounding. Reflection, journaling, or sharing may be offered, and sharing is always optional.
Each session is unique. Some people leave feeling calm and regulated, while others experience clarity, emotional release, or renewed energy. All experiences are welcomed and supported.

If you are feeling nervous, tired, or unsure, you are still welcome exactly as you are. Simply showing up and breathing is enough.
After your session, allow space for rest and integration. Gentle movement, hydration, and quiet time are supportive.
Breathwork is a safe and supportive practice for many people and is always facilitated with care and nervous system awareness.
However, certain circumstances may require medical advice or indicate that this style of breathwork is not suitable at this time.
All participants must complete an intake and consent form. Breathwork is not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment.
Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with:
Pregnancy
History of seizures or epilepsy
Serious cardiovascular conditions
Recent surgery or physical injury
Glaucoma or retinal conditions
Severe or uncontrolled asthma
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or history of psychosis
Current suicidal ideation or acute mental health crisis
Certain medications affecting breathing, heart rate, or nervous system regulation

Some people attend regularly for nervous system regulation and ongoing support, while others attend during periods of stress, transition, or personal growth.
